You call in to see a fellow SPIREITE at five past ten on a sunday night and its closed. 4 good drinkers turn up and nothing, whats the licencing hours ? got a wave from someone in the kichen then nothing. Poor show i say especially as i talked the driver to call there.

Is that the one opposite the garage on the long straight?
If so the place is a law to itself!!! Went in one with some mates from cricket and someone ordered a pint of lager. He was not very politely asked to go up the road if he wanted that but not in those exact words and slightly stronger words!!!

I have become a bit of a regular there but I think it would be fair to say its not a drinking pub, more of a restaurant. With regard to the staff, I am yet to go anywhere in or around town where the staff are more friendly.
