Now be a good lad ... you'll get a lot further if you are polite.

It's all to do with yours, and your attitude lad.

Come on mick that?s like a ref saying he is better at a higher level, it?s codswallop, the reason he played well against Watford is like a hell of a lot of lower league players in the cup, they find it in themselves to raise their game, the problem is one swallow does not make a summer and it?s consistency that you judge on, all he has is youth on his side because he gives the ball away for fun .. not for me

Opinions ehh!! If a player, noticeabley raised his game for a one off match then the management team weren't doing their job in previous games by not getting the best out of him, similarly regarding consistency. I sit close to Cooky and co and don't recall them dishing out anyboIiockings in that regard. I agree with his passing but would counter that with he has played some superb through balls and on occasions faltered trying to do similar probably when team mates were on a different wavelength.

But it's all about what a watching individual sees. I still get stick within my circle for stating, all guns blazing that Micky Carroll (who?) would make a great player and no doubt I would be ridiculed in other circles as I think Will Grigg is a great asset to the team.

Why can't you coach a player to concentrate more? He's relatively young, and we have very good coaching staff. I don't see any reason why our coaches couldnt improve him all-round.

Because it's his nature.

Is someone on the outward bound journey then, because I think we're tooled up in midfield.

Wouldn?t have minded him as always thought he was a decent player. Probably guaranteed starts at AFCW though whereas you have to be happy to rotate here.

Can't say as I'm fussed about Conn-Clarke. Obviously a great player with great potential but after watching him in the Playoffs, I thought he's not a team player...seemed to make it all about him....another James Norwood type.

I totally agree he really needs to step his fitness as league 1 is a massive step up look at Kabs for example and at time last season he goes missing and Bromley plsy off game was one prime example but he has huge potential 👍

Micky carrolls claim to fame for us as I recall was scoring in a 1-1 draw at Burnley at the end of the 81/82 season

And he had played in a non league final at wembley prior to joining us

I have recollections of him been through on goal (Cross St. end) the keeper wipping him out and getting away with a yellow when it was a Mandatory red, except against us. Nowt changes
