Does anyone know what the clubs policy is regarding away tickets? I certainly don’t. Some tickets seem to go on sale to season ticket holders first, which seems fair provided tickets are put on sale early enough. However we have games coming up against Aldershot, which is in a weeks time, and then Ebsfleet 2 weeks later and I haven’t seen anything. I know both of them won’t sell out, but given both games are already on sale on the respective clubs websites it would be helpful if there was something to say whether we should be buying them directly, or they will be on sale from the club from a certain date. Certainly for the Aldershot game a week doesn’t really give enough time for a season ticket priority period, and time for fans to pick up tickets from the club, especially as Monday is Bank holiday

Aldershot usually sell tickets through their own website. Be shocked if we don’t have to buy through them given we’ll only take 3/400

For teams where we will take well under the capacity, there's no need to put them on sale to season ticket holders 1st. If an away stand hold 1500 (Aldershot has 1200 standing and 250 seats) and we historically take less than 500, there's no need. For places/dates that we will sell out the allocation or close to sell out, then season ticket holders have 1st dibs. Eg we sold out 1200 at Altrincham last season over the August bank holiday, we've currently sold around 1100.
I'll put it to the forum to ask the club to provide a list of games that will have ST priority.

The only thing I'd say is if the club decides upon a single policy for every game and sticks to it, irrespective of ticket numbers, then everyone knows where they are. Have one for some clubs and one for others, and fans are guessing.

And the only other only thing I'd say is that if the club have advertised season tickets as including ticket priority for away games, then the club has to honour that promise, even if season ticket holders won't buy them all.

Rang the club yesterday and they said any tickets not collected would be sent to Alty. Unless you are on Blues travel and Liz will pick any tickets up and give them to you on the bus.
