There's a good chance one or both may be moved on..

One thing that Williams has in his favour is he can play in different positions with him looking comfortable at right back as well as at centre back. I'm a sentimental old sod who would've gone with the team that got us promoted, but I know that can't happen. We needed to improve especially at the back, because watching some of the goals against us is frightening.

Some advice mate; watch the YouTube video of all the goals we SCORED last season, then consider the fact that PC has already strengthened the squad considerably. After that you should feel a lot more positive about next season . Before you ask, I very rarely bet, but I have got the couple of tenners I can spare on us to be champions again at 8/1.

Williams' versatility is obviously no hinderance but for both him and Palmer, the question is are they able to make the step up? They've both plied their trade in the 5th tier - and certainly in Palmer's case, the call made by his previous employers was that it was probably a step too far.
We're on our way
