Sheridan will be sitting in his own waste and dribbling into his pint by 7.

There should be no reward for the disgraceful behaviour of their numbnut fans who ran on the pitch and threw smoke bombs. There was at least 2 minutes of actual playing time to play and a chance for us to win the game still.

Knowing the fa we will probably get fined for not being able to control a crowd.

You just know the ruling will be the result stands. Rap over knuckles and a suspended sentence for Oldham.

Tyrer was at fault for that. Absolutely **** keeping. Just catch the blimey thing.

As soon as he unnecessarily punched it I thought that's a goal and two seconds later it was.

I’ve just seen the goal again and it shouldn’t have stood as Fondop was offside and right in front of Tyrer. He should have held it still but clearly interfering with his line of sight.

Yep, a punch into a swirling wind was never going to end well. It’s been feature of his time here that he doesn’t catch crosses - even when it looks easy to do so.
Great stopper, confident with the ball at his feet- is it something we’ve told not do, or is it what Everton have preached?

Tyrer's stupid punch when he could comfortably have caught it undoubtedly cost us two points. However no one seems to have picked up on the gilt edged chance Grigg spurned which would have made it 2-0. He did a Quigley and didn't even get a shot in. The kind of chance Kabby would probabaly have taken.

I think it's part of a top level modern day goalkeeper's make-up that some rather punch it out than catch.
Prob taught it whist coming through at Everton

The Town fan in the red top who swung punches on the pitch at the Oldham fan didn’t cover himself in glory. More glove work needed.

There was already an indication of how many braincells the Oldham fans mustered up between them when they were keeping the ball from Tyree in the stand when losing 1-0 and just into injury time

Ref decided to abandon the game due to Oldham fans not being trusted to behave rioting. They should have to face disciplinary

Was the game officially abandoned or did the referee merely decide not to complete his added time? Either way there are serious questions to be answered because it opens the door to repetitions of this moronic behaviour to gain points advantage, as and when thugs chose to do so. As a side issue, I’d like to report other moronic behaviour, this time by a member of the Derbyshire Constabulary. As a time when the priority should have been to see Oldham’s cretins back over the Pennines, a Town Supporter was threatened with arrest because he had the temerity to refer to a female PC as “love”. The male PC’s colleagues intervened and saved the day but the idiot PC should be required to justify his over-reaction and apologise to all those who had the misfortune to witness it!

What does the ref not restarting play at the end tell us? If you score late and don’t fancy playing the rest of injury time then just get on the pitch and make a fuss and you’ll get your way? Hardly a message I’d expect the authorities wanting to get out there. There have to be serious consequences for someone, whether Oldham or the ref unless they want that precedent to be set
These pretzels are making me thirsty!

We will be stopped from the sell the first few row of seats again. It doesn't look good again that yet again there's another pitch invasion even if it is from away fans. Doesn't happen at a lot of groups but keeps happening here, not great stewarding.

Almost seems odd talking about football and not pitch invasions but my biggest gripe this season is colclough right, Mandy centre and dobra left…..I think we’re way more effective with colclough left , dobra centre and Mandy right

My mum, 77, would have caught it! He wasn't being challenged by a single player. Plain daft to punch it. Catch it, lay on it, kill a bit of time.
