Footballers make their own travel arrangements? Are they capable?

Im a bit perplexed why we?ve took all the squad for team building if we intended to get rid of some, surely they?d be told they?re surplus rather than being part of the team building then jettisoned.
I guess we?ll soon find out.

It's not so perplexing when we associate what's going on with Phil Kirk's stated strategy, agreed with PC, to build slowly and sensibly cos this squad doesn't need wholesale dismantling. I think they'll be content with offers coming in for players and with no offers coming in, so they are looking after every individual. There'll be no shortage of inquiries.
Get it on, bang the gong , get it on

When we travelled in numbers it was company policy not to book everyone on same flight

I have just read Micah Richards book and he said he never booked a flight accommodation or suitcase he just took his washbag znd handed his passport to his club and its common for most footballers not to be involved in any arrangements

Clubs playing in European competitions have everyone traveling on the same charter flights.

No rumours lately but on the latest set of photos on YouTube of the training today there are one or two faces I do not immediately recognise like a tall, slim, coloured lad and near the end another coloured lad wearing No15.
