50% for the One Dayer is a great offer, going to make that one if I can!
It’s adjusted that way to reflect that it’s easier to go harder the shorter the chase.

Micky Arthur is installing a good ethic in this team because there is no way we would have won that match last season
Also pleasing for someone else other than Masood to see us over the line
did not like the High Oh Silver Lining track played over the speakers
being hijacked by the Wendies fans in the Park though
Alls well that ends well lol
When Hi Ho silver lining was played, I said to my Dad and son that whoever has decided to play this is either clueless or more likely very mischievous. I’m a Wednesday fan and where I was sat ( near the scoreboard) there seemed to be quite a few Wednesday fans who all sang along ( me included) there was a couple of blunts sat near who objected but were told in no uncertain terms to ‘ be quiet’ by some who were singing, all a bit daft really, but playing a song like that which could have possibly caused some unpleasant scenes when arguably the majority of the attendance are from Sheffield was a bit daft.

Arguably the majority? Don’t be daft. Yorkshire supporters themselves were in the minority, some of whom were from Sheffield.

I said arguably. I’m also basing that on what one of your officials said to me 3-4 years ago when he told me that they love it when Derbyshire play Yorkshire as Queen’s Park is full but there’s more Yorkies in the ground. Now I’m not sat there counting and quite frankly don’t care but let’s be honest, Derbyshire wouldn’t fill Queen’s Park against any other county. You said yourself that against Leicestershire there was 2,000 maybe more, that is a pretty local game when played at Derby. Yorkshire have historically been the best supported county and I think it’s a fair assumption that a sizeable majority of people supporting Yorkshire when playing at Chesterfield will be from Sheffield or originate from there like myself who now lives in the Chesterfield area.
As for yesterday, I know it was announced as a sell out (5,000) but there was no way that ground looked full, certainly in comparison to other years. I’m guessing the weather may have had an impact.

It looked exactly the same to me in terms of numbers as all the previous sell-outs did. Although Yorkshire folk tend to be the loudest, drunkest and more likely to be wearing football shirts etc, it doesn't make them more numerous.

I actually didn’t see one football shirt yesterday.
Compared to previous years the so called ‘boisterous’ supporters that used to congregate near the scoreboard, who yesterday were by the American school bus selling alcohol, weren’t as vocal as usual. Mind you that might have been due to the rain break when I assume most will have gone.

I was referring specifically to the Derbyshire v Yorkshire T20s at QP.
