I recieved an email from the Conservative Party yesterday warning of the dangers of electing Starmer. It contained a few bullet points regarding what they think Starmer will do. I?ll post it here so we can judge over the next Parliament whether it?s a valid warning or not.

Is this your shortest ever response to something? Lost for words maybe or just you've no argument whatsoever so resort your to usual comparisons.

I think you've been exposed as the hypocrite that you are.

Condemn other parties members for what they do and say. But think your actions are appropriate because the person you made comments about is a Tory.

Ah, so you're not really interested in size issues and it's all just a personal attack, then.

Well here's the thing.

These pages are peppered with isms and ists and phobias and phobes. There's shameless excusing or defending or support for some of the vilest characters in politics and beyond. There're numerous examples of unnecessary name calling and lies and jaw droppingly blatant hypocrisy.

Without a single syllable from you to call it out.

Yet I use the term "chubby" when accurately describing an epitome of those moral bankruptcies and here you are.

For what it's worth I thought the Mail-esque headline thing was a witty response from a contributor I took seriously.

Sadly you've proven as big a hypocrite as the rest of us, though...

Our friend recently told a blatant lie about me

You seem a little upset about people lying about you, rightly so if true. That said it looks then a little hypocritical for you then to give your undying support to the Blonde buffoon who has spent his entire life lying, even to the Queen.

Nah, not upset at all, I don?t worry about postings on here. Anyhow we?re about to elect a PM who is lying to the entire population re the incoming tax rises. Now that?s how to lie.

Good to see a couple of Town legends backing our local MP.

"I was proud to represent this town on and off the pitch and I love it dearly. Toby is a man who shares that committment to our town and does a great job as our MP. I can see that our country needs change and I will be voting Labour for a fairer and better future for Britain.'

Jamie Hewitt.

'Toby Perkins is a genuine Chesterfield bloke who does a great job as the town's MP. This country needs a change from the failed Tory years. I am pleased that Labour have a serious plan to break up the criminal gangs that profit from illegal immigration and regain control of our borders and that's why I'll support them in this election.'

Bob Newton.

You know this how? When he's in power different thing. Where the buffoon is concerned it's not maybe, if or when he lied. He lied all the time on everything, and you think he's great. Do you think I here wouldn't be any further tax rises under the Tories?

I?ve posted a pic of a few bullet points re what the Tories think Labour will do. To be revisited.

Proper spit my tea laughing, I really did.

But that bloke who insists everyone gets a sense of humour regarding 'German bomber' songs wants someone sacked as a result? The crowd call for vandalism?

Perhaps it should've been a picture of a slaver instead...

Genuine Q. So what? Whether its Reg Dwight, Jamie Hewitt et al: who cares and what difference does it make to you?

Certainly makes absolutely zero difference to me.

It's not a personal attack, I genuinely haven't read all the other stuff you refer to. If people have made ill equipped points then they are just as bad.

Therefore, I am not a hypocrite at all.

I merely pointed out that you've made an inappropriate point against somebody just because of the party they represent, whilst at the same time making reference and highlighting website links to other parties members who have also been discriminatory against other people and calling them out for it.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Your continued belittlement of others for their own political views is what narks me. Along with the bias towards Labour, which is fine as that is your opinion. I notice you don't condemn the Labour candidates that do things wrong.

Everyone has the right to vote for who they want, that's why it is called a democracy, they don't have to explain to you or anyone else why or who they have voted for like you've demanded.

Let's face it, Labour will win the election based on the failings of others and not because of an inspired manifesto to change Britain.

My personal view is that the current political groups are the poorest they have ever been. It will be a difficult decision who I vote for. I will vote for who I believe could change the UK and not just because I've been brought up in a Labour working class family.

It certainly won't be Labour, it certainly won't be the Tories, so who knows. A really poor political showing which dull uninspired leaderships.

A very fair post, mate.

Apologies if I was overly abrasive.

Same if the "chubby" thing offended.

Truth is I am a hypocrite. We all are on here. Though what you might see as belittling is just the friendly jousting most of us take part in.

Seriously, many of us know one another and get on well away from this forum.

I've also expressed my exasperation with the current political crop. Yeah I'm a Labour bloke but not blind to the Leader's shortcomings. In the same way I criticised and voted against the last one.

Eliciting stick from contributors further to the left than myself.

Either way everyone should vote. Even if it's for Lord Buckethead or whatever. And is it really unreasonable to request prolific posters peddling a staunch position account for their views?

All the best - Chris.
