The way i see it is the earliest we can potentially mathematically clinch promotion is on 9th March after beating AFC Fylde at home but my guess subject to results is the Tuesday night home game against Oxford City on 12th March after thumping them 7-0 and worse case scenario away at Oldham on 16th March.
Upcoming matches
2nd March
Dorking V Chesterfield
Hartlepool V Barnet
Bromley V Halifax
5th March
Barnet V Rochdale
Oldham V Bromley
9th March
Chesterfield v AFC Fylde
12th March
Chesterfield V Oxford City
Barnet V Eastleigh
Wealdstone V Bromley
16th March
Oldham V Chesterfield
Bromley V Kidderminster
Woking V Barnet

Yes, that’s the whole point. If Bromley or Barnet win their next 3 games, then we can’t win it until Oldham at the earliest but for every dropped point they make the earlier we can do it.
I always said Fylde game, but after the 3 game winless run I’m now reckoning Oxford

With Barnet & Bromley both having tougher games than we've got for their next 2 it could well be Oxford, if they draw both games while we win both that's only 7 points we'd need to get over the line with our superior goal difference effectively counting as an extra point. Hartlepool and Rochdale for Barnet will not be easy games for them while they've got their main strikers missing and with Halifax and Oldham pushing for the play off places they won't be easy games for Bromley either. should either of them lose a game our game v Fylde, should we win, we're there.

As an aside if I were a Bromley fan in particular I’d be nervously looking over my shoulder, the chasing play off pack have really pulled them in.

Hopefully it's a home game.
I hope Cookie doesn't disappear down the tunnel at the final whistle. He deserves the recognition and applause more than anyone.

If Robbo and Webb don't drag him kicking & screaming into the centre circle I'd be amazed. Just don't hand him a microphone, his voice will be knackered.

It would be like him though, as he likes the team to get the plaudits, but everyone involved with the club has made it happen, including every fan. It's no worry to me when the obese lady exercises her tonsils, because, she most surely will 😁.
My eldest brother, who's a blade, will be having his Golden Gordon moment, as United, once again fade from the Premier League table, while I will have the biggest smile on my face, as Town climb back to the football league. I can't wait 😀.

Cook will behave in the same understated, respectful and professional manner we've witnessed since his return.
He'll acknowledge promotion, no doubt deflecting congratulations towards his staff and players, but recognise our obligation to perform properly.
Besides, both he and the squad will want to break as many records as possible...
PS: we'll confirm the title against Oxford...

The crowd should refuse to leave until he's shown his face and taken the applause. A few minutes of "WE WANT COOKY" should do the trick

I don't doubt that, maybe Oldham would too, their home form seems to be a problem for them.
