How the hell can Bury afford £200k?
We get better crowds on the car boot than they get and we ain't got a pot to p**s in!

But the thing is though. That 32 yr old made us tick for the past two seasons.
We missed him in the games when he was injured so do we really wanna get rid?

Depends how Saunders wants to play - if he wants to play a patient passing game and unlock sides using guile Roberts is ideal.
If he wants to play a fast game using pace and getting the ball forward much quicker then he might not be ideal.
£200k is a cracking deal IMO

DA said 70/30 split between debts and playing budget. More like 90/10 though so only £20 k to budget

Just imagine Paul Cook's face when that is read out to him
If they sign him I might have a tenner on Bury winning the league😄

Assume he does go with 70/30
That's over 1k a week plus his wages - reported to be the highest at the club - two players in on 2k a week.

Worth far more to us than you could possibly get for him.

Would have to be very good players to replace him. Do you think we could replace his quality for £2k a week?
