Does a NL side need a defensive coach in addition to what we already have?

I recon if we get anymore Back Room Staff we might need a larger Coach.

At Matlock there were Danny, Kieron, Robbo, Bucko, Jordan, Jason the Kit man, a Physio plus the Analyst.
